How can justice be found in society

Justice is the basic right of every human beings in the society . Justice is not related to any religion , nation or region . Justice should be given every person without discrimination .

No society can develop without justice . If you want to see prosperous people are in a society , how is the justice system there . Justice is not only the responsibility of the incumbent government but it is applicable to everyone living there to follow the justice there .

If a person considers his surroundings , he will know that the entire system of the of the universe is also in the hands of the just king who is running with justice . The system of nature is running with justice . All the basic thing in the would that are necessary for a human beings to survive are found in abundance in this universe  , for example Oxygen , water and food . In all these things , Allah has not made anyone dependent on anyone , but it is man who makes another person dependent on him . 

If a rule does not maintains justice among his people , ten very soon there  will be a region of lawlessness powerful people usurp the right of weak people . Seeing that , the whole society is destroy and ruined . Monopoly system is established everywhere .

 

For the first time , A welfare state was founded by the prophet of Muslims Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W). In that state , the same standard of justice was kept for the people and justice was provided of the people immediately .

   

He set an example of justice in his state which was a  model for the whole world . He established a system of justice that is followed in the world till today . In the basic of this justice , Muslim ruled the whole world and by giving . Justice to the people , they showed that Islam is a peaceful and justice religion .

 

To provide justice  in the society , the judicial system was introduced by the Muslims , which is practiced  all over the world till today . tp establish justice in the society , Police and judicial system should be improved . These days courts are established at the national level as well as internationally to provide justice . 

 It is also the responsibility of the state to provide speedy justice tp the people. Delay in providing justice is equal to killing justice . The state is strong by providing the justice .
