How to control a human his mind ?

Human create a wonderful and beautiful creature in universe. Human can control the whole universe  if control only one part of body . Mind can control the complete humans organs. The main thing which that control the human views , feeling and wishes. In the human mind very difficult part of that body. Often human only that hinge are think which create a that mind .  

Mind can control if human practice following things:

 1)Over thinking                                                                                     2)Wishes                                                                                               3)Focus on these views 

Over thinking :                                                                                                               Human mind do this work every time . Although when the sleep mind thinks that all times . If human can practice on daily on daily basis , control his reckoned then consequence mind think only think which preferably that wants. 

Wishes :                                                                                                              Human activity very limited in this world . That wants every thing to get which is available on other person . The mind wishes for all thing which do not get .

Focus on those views :                                                                                                                If human mind create , views then focus on that views which are acceptable or not and require results are available or not .
