Habits play a very important role in a person's life and the habits of a successful person lead to his success. Some habits are inherited form the parents and some are acquired from the environment in childhood. Man's habit controls his thinking ability.
 For example :
                              If a person sleeps late at night and wakes up late in the morning, this habit will affect his physical as well as his thinking ability. Because this habit of his is the opposite of nature and mind will also be less than the ability to think.


It doesn't take a day or two or a week for a person to form or break a habit, But it take you some time, Which is less than forty-one days of work. It is difficult for a person to about a good habit, But perhaps even more difficult is to remove a bad habit from his personality. To make an activity a part of your habits, it is necessary to make. It a regular part of your life.

Similarly, you cannot eliminate any work form your life by not doing it twice or four time.
A man's habit reveal his ancestors and races. If a person's parents are kind it is quite likely that this trait will be found in him. If one's parents are designers, there is a strong possibility that their children will also have creative abilities when a person is born, what he sees people around him do, hears them say, these things become his habits.




A person habit greatly affect his thinking power. The good habits of a person help a person to be successful in life, wise in his decision and stick to what he has said. For example, A person has a habit that he never gets out of himself in anger if he ever he gets angry, he does not take any decision in it, this habit will never let him fail in life. On the other hands, there is a person who gets angry very quickly and does not even stop this habit his habit of his makes him very weak in his decisions and he becomes unable to think clearly when angry. If a person wants to adopt the habit of giving up anger, he should practice it for at least forty-one days. So that when he gets angry he can get rid of it. When he has adopted the habit of not getting angry, his mind will also have practiced it, and then his mind will never again induce him to get angry.




A habit is something that the human mind does without any hesitation and it is already accumulated in it and the mind does that without any thought. The human mind is used to it, even if it is harmful, it will do it.

For Example:
            A person smokes, he knows that is bad for his health, but it has become a habit and his mind allows him to do it without any thought. But on the other hand, a person who is not used to it, his mind will never allow him to do this because his mind will tell him that it is a bad habit.
